The health of any culture can be judged by it's art. Progressively, we have gone far from the appreciation of beauty and transcendence in art to a tendency to destroy and deny the past with little understanding of the classics. True skill and genius in the creative process has given way to the desire to destroy any notion of what came before. Our politics reflects this same tendency.
