As the 2020-2021 NHL season kicks off Bob welcomes former NHLer Cory Cross into the basement this week. Cory shares his experiences as a professional athlete and how he dealt with change throughout his playing years. With over 650 NHL games, two World Championship Gold Medals and a very memorable playoff goal with the glory starved Toronto Maple Leafs in the early 2000s Cory has a lot of insight into how he personally adapted and evolved throughout his career on and off the ice. Bob and Cory also talk in depth about the the changes we see in the game today.
