Dear Beautiful Woman,
I want you to know that whatever trauma you experienced; whether psychological, sexual, physical, mental or emotional; it's valid. You are allowed to hurt, to feel and to express it. There also comes a time when you will be forced to accept, embrace and heal from it. This journey is your own and so you are entitled to do it at your pace in your own way. I want you to understand that even though your pass experiences might have and maybe still affect your life and the decisions that you make; it doesn't have the power to own or control you. We can no longer pretend it doesn't hurt or disassociate from our painful reality. We are choosing to heal and to become our highest selves. First Let's Heal The Little Girl.
