Episode Synopsis
I don’t know about you, but I’m over here like Okkkk, this recent solar eclipse has turned my inner world upside down, and I’m not just saying that to be cool, woke and new agey.
In this short episode I share my experience this week of having my subtle energies speak a little louder than normal, stopping my normal day-to-day in its tracks. Very similar to how the moon blocks the sun during an eclipse. My “doing, achieving” life has been lacking a key ingredient - compassion on self, and willingness to do things with ease and non-judgement. If we ignore our true needs long enough, they’ll speak to us physically. They’ll stop the go-go-go in its tracks, just like the moon blocked the sun from shining down.
