A Difference Maker is an ordinary person who accomplishes extraordinary things by creating positive change in his or her community and in the lives of others. Difference Makers do not have to be famous. Difference Makers can be parents, coaches, or good friends. Qualities that can make someone a Difference Maker include determination, leadership, teamwork, inspiration, courage, excellence, integrity, generosity, compassion, etc. Admiral William B. Halsey stated so eloquently, “There are no great men. There are only great challenges which ordinary men are forced by circumstances to meet.” My guest today is just such a person and has made a difference in many Non-Profit's. Non-Profits are probably now the most needed entities, especially during trying economic times such as the spiraling inflationary economy and lack of resources that we are currently experiencing. Difference Makers are a rare breed and my guest today epitomizes their invaluable resources and expertise.
