In our attempt to take on a “lighter” topic, we decide to answer and share personality tests! Personality tests have been utilized in many professional environments for years, but do they guarantee a happy work environment? As we share our personality test results, we also pose the question: who makes up these tests and are the personality types inclusive when it comes to race?
