Listen "Ep 049: [Spring(back) Series] Adulting is way more fun with play, both at work & home, with creativity campaigner Allison Arden"
Episode Synopsis
Allison Arden quickly scaled the ranks in publishing, finding herself with the top job, alongside raising young kids. She says she was living a "very full life and juggling many balls, but often feeling like I was running too fast and going through the motions without any meaningful end. And that didn't feel like living – at all'. To feel like she was living again, she went on a mission to reconnect with her creativity and playfulness, ending up writing a book about this. That book changed her life and outlook, and inspired her to set up a new company more in line with her belief in creativity and its relation to emotions. This is a must-listen if you want to get back in your creative flow.
