Today, we live in an extremely judgmental society. During His public ministry, Jesus had something to say about that subject. This episode addresses the problem with judging others. People often quote the words of Jesus when He said, “Judge not that you be not judged.” Those words of Jesus are often taken to mean we should never judge. But in another place (John 7:24), Jesus says we should not judge according to appearance but that we should judge with righteous judgment. Evangelist Frank King says that we can exercise righteous judgment only by way of the Word of God and by being led by the Holy Spirit. If we use ourselves as the standard for making judgments, they will be flawed. That’s because even though we are born again, we are still human. And the human perspective is flawed. Duration 14:17
