Some Jews chose to rely on their deeds or other gods for salvation. All who place their faith in God will be grafted into God’s kingdom like a stem is grafted to an existing root. Paul prayed that Jews who rejected God would see the grace experienced by the Gentiles and turn to God in faith. God chose to show grace to those who place their faith in Him. Believers are called to be living sacrifices by being transformed into His likeness. Christians are given gifts to be used for God’s glory. Each part of the body is important and necessary for God’s Church to operate according to His will. Paul completed chapter 12 with some important marks of a true followers.
