God the creator has the right to determine on whom He will have mercy. He chose the people of Israel to represent and glorify Him. God determined to provide salvation through faith in Jesus, even though much of Israel sought salvation through works. Paul’s heart’s desire and his prayer to God was for all to be saved. God chose to show mercy to those who place their faith in Him, and the message of salvation is available to all. If you confess Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. We must determine to spread the good news to all. Evangelism is a beautiful act of obedience to God, and grace toward others.
