Every year since 2015, we have gathered industry experts at The Yale Club in New York but, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are bringing it to you in the comfort of your own home. Part one featured a panel of inside counsel but this episode features the outside counsel of Kai Liekefett, David Ni, Sabastian Niles, and Elina Tetelbaum. Kai is a partner at Sidley Austin and co-chairs its shareholder activism practice and his colleague David specializes in SPACs. Elina and Sabastian are partners in the corporate department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
