Our special guest is Jeffrey House, a Britich-born American beverage marketer, importer, and cider peionner known for his early role in introducing British and Belgian ales to the United States, exporting California wines to Europe in the 1980s, and founding ACE Cider, one of the earliest modern craft cider companies in the United States. House is noted for developing several first of their kind cider styles and for helping popularize fruit-forward cider in the American market. He is the author of, The Cider King - How I Aced It!
