Library Director Jennifer Baxter talks with Sallie Cowart Brock about her newly released book, THEY DARED TO SOAR!  Spanning 1938-2000, the book chronicles the history of the award winning Athens High School Golden Eagle Band. They are joined by former Golden Eagle Band Director, Dan Havely, who led the band for 34 years.
