Welcome to Between Cuts! The only podcast recorded on location in a barbershop (probably!) Stephen and Pierce, sitting in the barbers chairs chat life, music, mental health, and messing! On Episode 11, we meet one of Ireland's finest actors, directors and all round legend Robbie Walsh. Robbie battled Storm Barra to join us in the chair to discuss his latest critically acclaimed movie, The Letters. Set against the backdrop of the Cervical Check scandal that rocks Ireland "THE LETTERS" tells the story of three women from different walks of life who have weeks to live due to the false results of their cervical cancer checks. Robbie also tells us about his background as an actor, his time in the army, and his life growing up in Dublin, which sparks a lot of memories for our Pierce! Stephen has his usual awful jokes, and as usual, there are plenty of chats about the movies!
