My guest in this episode of Better Than Not is Amber Cate, a mom, a private equity broker and a cancer survivor.
In this episode, Amber tells her story of graduating from Harding University with a triple degree in philosophy, psychology and theology (all topics I love to get immersed in). She worked in ministry for a time and became a mom only to have her life change with the diagnosis of a rare form of cancer. She then made a career shift into private equity. Amber’s is a story of undying faith, which she articulates with exuberance and a little C. S. Lewis thrown in.
