I've known a few radio stations and several website clients who have lost access to their digital assets after an employee, friend, or family member passed away.  So, it's very important that you make an inventory list of all your radio station's digital assets and include access information so that the people you leave behind can access those assets and continue your legacy.
If someone other than you or your station holds the keys to any of your digital assets, get control over those right away.  You don't want to wait until something happens to them that may put your brand assets in jeopardy.
