2020 was crazy, but let's not overlook the many stories of amazing leadership exemplified in everything from taking initiative in acts of extreme generosity to giving time and lending belief to the man who became the first person with down syndrome ever to finish an ironman. My jaw dropped initially reading about some of these incredible people and the waves they created this past year, so I hope yours does too!
