In January, Isabella Condon was named the 2025 Gold Service Scholar and she has also been named this year’s Rising Star in the 2025 Murphia List, which features the top Irish talent on the London food and drink scene.

At present, Isabella is the junior assistant manager at the two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, but her career in hospitality started when she was very young, working with her family at Marguerite’s Bakery & Restaurant in Newcastle West in Co Limerick, Ireland.
