After the success of Batman in 1989, it was clear to Hollywood what audiences wanted more of: Pulp heroes from the 1930's! But as it turns out The Phantom, armed with a skin tight purple jumpsuit and a pair of pistols used for anything but killing,  wasn't what movie goers were looking for in the 90's.   Today we take a second look at one of Billy Zane's most well known movies and dig into everything it got right!
