Nikhil Iyer's initiative to encourage meaningful conversations that run beneath the surface. I feel that our society is moving more towards being an individualistic culture and away from being a judgement-free social culture. Hence, the conversations that spread between people move further away from ideas of the universe, love, peace, happiness, & possibility, & more towards everything that does not have meaningful value to us as human beings. I deeply feel that every individual has a deep story and has the urge to speak and share, however there may not be any outlet of expression. This is my initiative to expand my consciousness and other's consciousness through conversations that go Beneath the Surface
