Torrie Slaughter is a purpose-driven believer in Christ, business owner, Christian Life Coach, Media Consultant, wife, and mother. As the founder of Our Given Purpose®, Torrie seeks to help married women remove bitterness and add Christ's sweet saving grace. Through her experience, overcoming anger, arrogance, pride, and fear cast, she hopes to create synergy within the body of Christ by jumping over barriers with less strain, frustration, and anxiety.
Through her many personal, spiritual, and professional struggles, she hopes to influence others to fear God above humankind. Torrie's focus on helping others clarify, organize, and prepare with our Lord means connecting the dots between the temporary and eternal. (What I do now will affect me or someone else later)
Our Given Purpose became a trademarked ministry in June of 2018, and Torrie Slaughter, LLC, is the media component of her business. Torrie is a freelance graphic designer, videographer, writer, host of Our Given Purpose the Podcast, and Talking on Purpose with Torrie the Podcast & Internet show. She is a Jesus girl spreading the good news of Christ through her spiritual gifts of administration. Torrie resides in Virginia with her husband of 22 years and their two sons.
