Lally Newman, wife of BMX rider, Zach Newman is on today’s episode! Zach’s been riding BMX for nearly 3 decades and earned a bronze medal at the 2018 X Games in the BMX Vert X competition. Shortly after that, X Games removed the BMX Vert competition from the Games and Zach’s passion for riding needed to find a new outlet. Lally and I discuss the profession of BMX riding outside of competitions and how inspiring it is watching your partner continue to pursue their passion despite forces outside of their control.
