This week, we found a way to turn a 200 page book into an in-depth fifty minute discussion, looking at the iconic We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. In the non-spoiler section (0:00—27:00) we’ll be discussing the writing style, premise and whether the raving TikTok reviews do this book justice. In the spoiler section (27:00—46:55) we’ll discuss our expectations and opinions on the big twist, character development and different plot points.
