Brennan describes the nature of the aura, how it's been measured, and leads listeners through an exercise to see their own energy. A caller also shares his experience seeing the human aura. At the time, Brennan had just released her highly influential book Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing the Human Energy Field which is available now through the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
