Welcome to Bedside Athlete! Our first mini-series on the Bedside Coneys channel, where we will be tracking Ralph's progress in training for a Half Ironman over the next 16 weeks!
~20 minute episodes will be released every Monday & Wednesday morning at 7AM ET / 6AM CT for the next 8 weeks where every week we will talk about the prior week's training, a 'fun' topic (like diet, lifting + cardio, training entertainment, recovery, etc.), and how Ralph is feeling on a scale of 1-10!
