Welcome back to the Bedside Athlete! Our mini-series where we will be tracking Ralph's progress in training for a Half Ironman!
As a reminder, these episodes will be ~20 minute episodes and released every Monday & Wednesday morning at 7AM ET / 6AM CT for the next 8 weeks where every week we will talk about the prior week's training, a 'fun' topic (like diet, lifting + cardio, training entertainment, recovery, etc.), and how Ralph is feeling on a scale of 1-10!
