There is no guarantee that it will survive past the present moment.  I don't mean this to be harsh, but rather to be direct. Your body is constantly in a state of rebirth - every 7 years, every single cell in our body renews. But it means that every moment is a new opportunity for birth. For new.  Nothing is guaranteed past this present moment.
