It's been a wild ride, and today we're breaking down the massive pile of feelings that came with my re-entry into the United States after a week-and-a-half trip to Kenya.   I saw such different extremes from opulence to simplicity, and when I came home, I was struggling to be in my house, where all the old paradigms once were.   While in Kenya, a "few" fears arose, apprehension took place, and something sacred was connected and uncovered...   Belief.   I had the amazing opportunity to learn about belief through the three Unutbu members, and I was SO happy to be able to visit and hug them in person. We don't need to feel the unworthiness of not being "enough" for all the things.   We are worthy. YOU are WORTHY.   There's no need to tell ourselves lies to keep us small and playing safe.   It is time to let go of the doubt and BELIEVE that you are where you are for a reason and that every step is sacred. It's time to honor that little girl who has never truly felt seen and embrace the delicious uniqueness that is YOU.
