Have you practiced receiving lately?   So many of us have been trained to help everyone else receive without noticing that they are ALSO designed to receive in abundance. But when we block off this sacred connection to self, we block out our fullest expression.    And my dear friend, we aren't talking about practicing receiving money or material gifts, but rather receiving an essence that connects us to our own worthiness, adding abundance to the world around us.   It's time to let go of the labels and expectations and show up as we are in our divinity.
