Discussing the reason behind the podcast intro "Congratulations" by Post Malone and how it provided a realisation moment for myself.  Focusing on the things we can personally control and learning the differences between events and situations we can't control and ways to not get caught up in them. Putting our energy into the aspects of our life that we can control isn't selfish but will help better ourselves reflecting in all areas of our life such as relationships and mindset.  If there is problem focus on the solution not the problem as we can control the solution not the issue
