Sirena and I sit and talk about everything while in Hawaii. No races because of a "Hurricane" Stupid Lane. So we sit on the Lanai of my hotel room and talk about how much it sucks that we didn't get to run and then a little bit of everything else. This is a little bit of a long episode and alcohol may have been involved.

There is some wind in the episode but it seems to clear up as we go, there was also a weird glitch where the computer stopped recording at 16 mins and that is why the commercial is just kind of there.
