On this week's episode, the Bears pulled a Falcons: They had the game in hand, then gave up an improbable lead late, and ended things by committing a costly turnover when they could least afford to. While it's frustrating for Bears fans, it makes what needs to happen in Chicago during the offseason abundantly clearer. 
Ironically enough, next up for the Da Bears is the Houston Texans. This is another opportunity to expose Ryan Pace's horrible decision to take Mitch Trubisky over DeShaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes. 
In the NFC South, the Falcons found a way to remain mediocre. They've now lost six out of their last seven games against their arch rival, the New Orleans Saints. The biggest takeaway from the game is there's no debate about what's happening with Atlanta this offseason: cleaning house with not a single person on the current coaching staff coming back.
Next up for the Falcons is the LA Chargers, a team that has also struggled with maintaining fourth quarter leads this season. Will there be another blown lead in this game? It's hard to think not.
