For many the genre of outdoor writing is our connection to the history of hunting. Authors like Robert Ruark, Gene Hill, and Corey Ford transport us to days in the field gone by. This week's guest is very much in the same company. Steve Piatt shares his life experiences, his love for his dogs, and even some thoughts on the state of hunting in New York and in the US. This was one of my favorite interviews of all time. Steve is a humble, gentle, and yet brilliant man.
