Listen "30 - Triggers: Signs of What Needs Healing"

Episode Synopsis

We all have our triggers. No, really. Everyone has triggers. Some are able to hide them better than others, but we all have them. For so many years, I wasn't listening to my triggers. But what I've learned is that my triggers are smoke signals. They are huge billboards, road signs, and flares pointing to my wounds. And those wounds wanted and needed to be healed.   Triggers aren't bad. They're actually gifts. By observing our own triggers, we can be guided to the wounds that need the work. And by doing that work, we increase our vibration and improve our relationships with those we love. But what happens when we ignore them?   In today's episode, I introduce some of my own triggers and what fear they come from. Through total transparency, I share how I found my wounds through my triggers and discuss what happens when we choose to ignore them. Triggers are one the best tools to use to know yourself better, to help you embrace who you are, and to be you.   To join Jill's private feed click here: https://beyou.supercast.tech ---------- The Be You Podcast by coach and spirituality and wellness enthusiast Jill Herman is all about women helping women to unbecome everything they thought they had to be and unapologetically embracing their trust self.
