Sally is a highly sensitive, trauma-informed, intuitive leadership coach and Reiki energy practitioner. She owns a consulting business, the Collaborative Training Network, that serves the Great Lakes Region, and currently resides on the sacred and stolen land of the Anishnaabe peoples in Southeast Michigan.
Sally is naturally curious and considers herself a warrior of the human spirit. She uses coaching approaches to improve relationships, make processes more efficient, and helps folks understand behavioral patterns. She uses her deep intuitive skills to reflect and invite behavior change, while moving towards healthy and well-connected individuals and environments.
Sally has coached and worked with staff from dozens of city and county parks and recreation departments, the Detroit Zoological Society, several state associations, and local housing commissions.
