It is so much easier to give the keys of your life to your ego, your life manager who will keep you in line and accountable for making IT feel good about it Self. As long as you stay in your patterns of self-judgment, self-blame, and self-shame and choose to by-pass your own avoidance, you end up feeling controlled but do not know why. Imagine being in a loving relationship where ego is no longer the lover, a career where ego is no longer your brick wall keeping you from being happy,  and your creativity flourishes because your soul has been allowed to emerge instead of being held captive by an ego-separate Self.
