Sometimes we must ask ourselves the tough question.."Does this benefit my life?" And that question stems into not just our relationships but our goals, endeavours, and habits. It is important that we take time to be actively present in our lives. Utilizing our self awareness and SWOT analysis to determine how we can revamp, redefine, and reap the most from our lives. Mindfully creating the cognitive cobblestones that will pave the roadmap to our best selves. Triming the excess energy (fat) that has been hindering and creating roadblocks for us. Remembering the power is within us appreciating where we currently are not where weve been or are headed.
