On this week's episode, I sit down to chat with Angie about the importance of creative expression (as mamas and women) but also for our children as well! Angie shares a bit about her own journey, how she became so passionate for this work, how she's running a business while raising her babes and how we can bring more creativity and mindfulness into our lives (and in turn, the lives of our children).
Ange is an educator, self-taught artist, mama, and the heart and hands behind her creative brand, Warwick Sunday. With a strong desire to help women and children nurture their innate creativity and self-expression, she offers a curated collection of stationary products centered around empowerment and mindfulness. Ange also teaches interactive art and lettering workshops to women that combine both mindset work and play.
