Tony says: larger unit count deals are a fast way to grow your portfolio.
Tony thinks you need more equity to consider a refinance (he likes 50%). At most you'll get 80% LTV.
Partnerships/private debt. The best debt you'll find is through your network. You have 10 units done. So you have enough of a track record to offer people an opportunity for 8% on their money.
