One of the biggest issues I see people face when it comes to their wellness goals, business goals, social media, healthy habits, etc is lack of consistency. In this episode I dive into tips that have helped me to be consistent/build consistency in different areas of my life that you can use too! Consistency has a lot to do with MINDSET & COMMITMENT! Ask yourself these questions: Determine your commitment level: Do you want this bad enough? Are you making the time for it? Why is it important to you? Remove roadblocks : What factors are stopping you from being consistent? How can you address those/make changes? Start with small goals: This will help you achieve quick wins and build momentum. Drop the all or nothing mindset! Being consistent is following through with the commitment you've made to yourself. Consistency builds trust with clients, audience, family and YOURSELF!
