An amazing and thoughtful conversation with Diego's previous 4th and 5th grade guide, Eduardo "Lalo" Martinez. I was honored to have him be a guide for Diego and also someone who is very encouraging of Sofia's baking which has given her much ownership of her own interests and skills. Lalo is such an interesting and introspective person, and brings a seemingly bottomless well of knowledge and experience into any space he enters.
