Whew, I bet you are as exhausted reading that title as I was typing it. We are back with Episode 17 covering all Sorare sports with a special lookback on 2022 with all that has changed and the highs and the lows from the world of Sorare.
If you follow us on TikTok, you would have seen our World Cup recap video featuring Andrew's semibold call to stick with Argentina winning the tournament even after losing Matchday 1 to Saudi Arabia. The first ever Sorare Global Cup is also officially over. Congrats to !Fulgurance on winning the Batting Practice league with a whopping 2,399 points. For that effort, we are awarding him a National Series Christian Pulisic aka the Lebron James of Soccer. Unfortunately you cannot use him yet in Sorare NBA.
Sorare had a great year in 2022 growing its user base and branching into new sports: baseball and basketball. This is part of the reason why you are listening to this podcast, as we wanted to share our baseball knowledge with all of you to make you better S07 players.
Andrew shares his bone-headed trading strategy of trying to buy the "cheat code" players ahead of the match deadline and churning them after lock to have ether to repeat the plan for the next game week. Buying guys 20% higher and selling them for 10% less quickly adds up and does not lead to great trading results. Listen to the full story and laugh at his pain.
