Listen "Batt Banter S2 E20 - R10/11 Review Preview"
Episode Synopsis
Hey everyone,We're back! Josh Butler is out this week but we found a more than suitable replacement in PE Teacher and Wesley PSA Forwards Coach Chris Boulay and is making his debut on the podcast. We will dissect and breakdown the high points and low points from Round 10 and look ahead to see which teams can bounce back and which will keep their momentum going. The highlights were a huge rise in minimum wage for the women for the upcoming season which was announced for a late August to November schedule, Carlton rolling at 8-2, a thriller down in Tasmania with Hawthorn pipping the Lions and are St Kilda in a prime spot to make a move on the top 4?On the WA side of things, Fremantle suffered a second consecutive loss after the Gold Coast defeat and once again didn't adjust to the wet conditions that were thrown up to them. Their tackling pressure also was way off and got a decent clip from coach Justin Longmuir. On the West Coast side of things, it was a second quarter that did all the damage, they won a quarter and also the second half against the Giants. Despite a heavy loss there were some positives.Don't forget to like, subscribe, leave a rating and a review on your favourite podcasting platform, follow us on Instagram (batt_banter) and like us on Facebook.
