What a year it's been!  We've laughed, we've  cried, and created the best BIBLO community we could dream of!  Cass & Kath are so unbelievably grateful for the followers and loyal listeners they've gained since launching May 2022.  A big thank you to everyone who's joined them on this journey.  This week's episode features teasers for 2023, and more therapy tips from our resident therapist Allie Cataldi.  As always, the girls want to encourage those in need of help to seek a professional, and remind everyone WE'RE NOT THERAPISTS, WE'VE JUST BEEN TO ONE!!
