The climate crisis poses an existential threat to every country, especially a small island state like Singapore. The urgency of the climate crisis is even more stark today, and both governments and corporations recognise the need for bold climate action and are stepping up eff­orts to combat this threat.

However, dealing with the impacts of climate change and transforming the way we produce and consume will require collective and integrated action from all segments of society. Putting people at the centre of climate action must be the way forward.
