A significant barrier to exercise and pretty much everything you want to be doing… one of the main causes of burnout is your household. Having an amazing family, home, all the right circumstances in your life, it isn't enough. You must be managing it all in a way that doesn't consume you. In order to enjoy motherhood, and to be empowered by it, you must find a way to do it in a way that doesn't deplete and exhaust you. It's easy to become vulnerable to burnout because of our topic for today: household responsibilities. You see, household tasks, if we let them, can take over our lives completely. The job of managing a household in modern times - it's just too big of a job for one person to do on their own. There simply aren't enough hours in one person's day. The price you pay for doing it all - your sanity, your free time, your self-care, and more. In this episode we look at step #2 to banish mom burnout, delegating household tasks.
