The Newbies record on Monday morning, 8/15, but discuss the episode from 8/8.  The Newbies have had quite a week as Claire is back in her undisclosed college location and Phoebe is about to fly the nest for her freshmen year on 8/17 leaving Leane an emotional mess.  With so much LIFE swirling, the Newbies have had a hard time to keep up with the Gabby and Rachel love journey but they sit down on a Monday morning to discuss such compelling topics as Leane's intense emotional make-up and her shock that being a Scorpio is a water sign; Rachel's need to be wanted by everyone if she doesn't even want the guy; whether or not Logan handled her crush in Gabby in the right way; how much Aven is now the new fave; the power of owning your stuff and taking the blame!; and of course more talk about how the Newbies get the ICK if there is ANY reference at all to Rachel or Gabby being their "mommy."
