On this episode, we are recording from the brand new LI Field House in Hauppauge joined by Glenn Mitchell. Glenn is a graduate of Malverne HS where he signed with the Atlanta Braves as a 17-year-old in 1987. He pitched five seasons in the minors before getting into coaching. He now owns GEM Pitching and GEM Mental Game Pro. He works with pitchers of al ages and focuses not just on the physical but the mental side of pitching. Plenty of insight from Glenn
