23:40 When I talk about the art being fake, it's not that the end result itself is fake and is not real art, specifically what I was getting at, is that the process the law, the copyright law incentivices the process of pursuing that fake ideal. "The original work" is a false god, and copyright sets people out to worship it. So this does not mean those works created in it's name are not real art, they still are, there is still value in art that is created even if it was created in a context where copyright exists, what I mean is that the false god of copyright law distracts people and sets them on the wrong path, it could lessen the quality of the art, prevent the authors and artists from realizing their true potential.
