I was 26 years old when I came to know about menstruation. I was raised with two sisters and a household full of female cousins and friends and yet, I knew literally nothing about something that half the population in the world goes through every month.
My dear fellow men, it is time for us to cut through taboos and superstitions and learn about menstruation.
It is time to understand what our mothers, sisters, partners and daughters go through.
